Can I change my ticket date, time and/or  quantity?

YES, YOU MUST DO IT THROUGH YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT!

Basic changes can be made to your visit via the ticket processing site for a small fee of $2.00. Please head to your original purchase email. Scroll all the way to the button and click on the "create an account to make changes to your ticket" button. Follow the prompts to make the changes you desire. Some restrictions apply. In the event of severe weather or safety issue, your general admission tickets will be valid for a future date.

Can you explain the ticket timing?

Yes! Just like many events world wide (including Disney), we have a grouped timeline ticket. Meaning, four families will all have the same ticket timeline. For example, all four families will have the 5:45-6:00pm ticket block. We will then create a SMALL line, first come first serve for that time block. Since the intervals are so close, it has been proven that this style of ticketing keeps lines moving and families happier. One family may be 2 minutes early, while the other is 2 minutes behind. It TYPICALLY works its self out over and over again. So yes, other people will have the same ticket time as you, and we will work through each time block on a first come first serve basis. This also helps immensely for our family and friends groups too.

 

Please be patient with Santas Cabin Elves, they are always doing there best to keep everyone happy!

 

** Arriving at Santas Cabin at your exact time is imperative. Please keep in mind this event typically SELLS OUT. So arriving early, or late will almost 100% result in sad news....Cabins Full, and there is nothing we can do **

Why did you reduce the visit time?

After 4 years of running the event we have noticed that 90% of guests don't actually need more than a few minutes. Rather, spend most of their allocated time undressing and dressing. So, we have redesigned the cabin so that there is a bigger, designated area to get undressed/dressed, and therefore your visit time can be purely spent with the Big Man. This will also allow more families to experience the magic (we sell out every year and have SO many disappointed families).

New this year, the ability to purchase multiple cabin passes within a block. Perhaps multiple families or friends wish to go around the same time. No problem, have one person purchase multiple passes. Alternatively; if you wish for more than 3 minutes with Santa, you can buy 2 cabin passes to double up on your time

Can I bring my family pet?

While we wish Fluffy could come, our insurance company says no. Service animals are an exception.

Do I take my own photo?

Yes, this is a take your own photo event. One of our Head Elves is in the cabin to assist with taking that perfect family photo on your device.

Is there onsite parking?

Free, onsite parking is available. Please enter the fair grounds on the very south end, using ROWE STREET. We must leave the Princess street access point as the exit and entrance for the arena. Please remember to drive carefully as children are present. A parking attendant will direct you upon entering parking lot.  Parking will be plowed daily, however, the weather may change quickly so please be prepared.  Please remember the driveway is two lanes and to stay on your side to not impede traffic at anytime.

How much are the bears to stuff?

Our beautiful bears are $25 for the small and $35 for the large!

Do I need to print my tickets?

Printed tickets are not required. Digital tickets are required for entry. Each and every person over 12 months must have a ticket. 

​

What's not included in my ticket?

Gingerbread decorating, The Bear Factory, food and beverages.  

​

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard. We do not have an ATM onsite. It is advised to bring cash to avoid long lineups. 

​

Can I bring my stroller or wagon?

Yes, we will do our best to keep the main pathway clear. It is a paved path, however, not all activities are located directly on the path. Strollers/wagons cannot go inside the activity areas, such as Sant's Cabin, Mail Room, Gingerbread House, Elf School, Toy Shop or Bear Factory.

Does my baby require a ticket?

Anyone over the age of 12 months requires a ticket to enter the event or visit Santa. Please note, we do not have a change station or indoor warming area available. We apologize and hope to change this in the future. 

​

Are there discounts for seniors or kids?

No, admission fees are a set price for everyone with the exception of those under 12 months (they do not require a ticket). 

​

How many people can visit Santa at once?

Although your ticket includes 4 guests, you can add as many additional guests for $15 each. Keeping in mind your allocated time. Babies under 12 months of age do not count as a guest. â€‹

Is there anywhere to sit?

Picnic tables are available on a first come first serve basis. Remember, it's cold, and you are outside. â€‹

​

What are the hours of the event?

Gates open Thursday and Friday at 4pm - Saturday and Sunday 3pm. We Close Thursday and Sunday at 8pm and Friday and Saturday at 9pm.  If you have a later Cabin Pass, we recommend attending early to enjoy the activities first. Our opening day is Friday November 22nd.

How much time do we need?

We find most our family enjoy the festival for about 1.5-2 hours. 

​

Can I change or alter my ticket??

Yes, simply head to your ticket in your email, create an account and make the changes required. There is a minimal change fee as per the ticketing company. Changes can not be made less then 24 hours prior to your date.
